When I was growing up, I was a fan of Twilight Zone and Outer Limits. This story would make a great Twilight Zone movie. Evangelista is not about a single "hero" or main character, but is made up of several characters and the events leading up to plot climax. A surprise ending for sure and one that will make the reader stop and think: "could it really happen?" Its a quick read but filled with a multitude of interesting character developments and moves from character to character in a style that is enjoyable and fresh. Evangelista is a great read and I'm looking forward to more work from this author.Product details

It illustrates the power of today's technology on the minds people all around the world. It leaves you wanting to know what happens next.
I really enjoyed this story! It kept you guessing as to what the outcome was going to be, and the ending was definitely a surprise. It was interesting to read about all the different characters from all over the world and how globalization of the one idea tied them all together!
If you love Star Trek and/or Star Wars, you can visualize Captain Kirk and Hans Solo at the controls. In this down to earth yet humorous take on the power of what we believe, regardless of the distance between us, Jim Thompson makes you stop and think about how life imitates fiction. Or does fiction imitate life? I like it!
Very good and imaginative. It held my attention all the way to the end. I would recommend this book. Loved it.
Set in two story lines the close future and the farther off future. An entry in a blog may accidentally resort in requiring computations of scientists' greatest theories to include a new, never thought of dimension faith.
Only 17 pages long. Would make an impressive class assignment for teenagers and up.
